27 Deeksha Academy students make the State proud

Qualify to take up National Level NTSE 


Bengaluru, February 25, 2015: 27 students from city based Deeksha Academy qualified to take up the National level NTSE. 6 of the 27 students secured ranks in the top 10. National Talent Search Examination (NTSE)is a prestigious scholarship exam for students of class X. The state level exam was held on November 3rd, 2014.

“It’s a testimony for, “hard work pays-off”. The coaching that we were given was outstanding and I must say our teachers had in-depth knowledge about the subject. They taught us thoroughly and prepared us well for the exam. I am happy today to stand 7th in the State level exam”, said Sanjan Das, student of Deeksha Academy who secured 7th Rank.

Parent of Sanjan Das, Mr.Utpal Das said, “The reason for him to show more interest towards the exam was the coaching given by Deeksha Academy. They motivated him at all levels and took him in the right direction.”

Kshitij Gupta, student of Deeksha Academy who secured 8th Rank said, “It is my dream come true. I have been aiming to crack NTSE from 8th grade and now I am finally in. Thanks to my teachers who stood by me every single minute and I must say we were given complete attention in academics”.

Sanjana Srikant, student of Deeksha Academy who secured 9th rank and state top scorer in GMAT said, “I loved the exam. I loved every bit of it. The way my teachers helped me and the way my parents supported me was superb.” She also added saying, “The syllabus was very tough, but my teachers made it so easy that I started loving the exam. Hats off to my Deeksha Academy teachers helping me reach till this point.”

Other achievers are Ananya Arun, who secured Rank 9, Rohan Parag Kulkarni who also secured Rank 9 and Siddhartha C V who secured Rank 10.

The National Level NTSE exam will be conducted on May 10th 2015.

The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national level examination cum scholarship program conducted by National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) to recognize and nurture talented students across India. From 2012, NCERT cancelled this exam for class VIII students and scheduled it for class X students.
