The 7th Edition of the four day ‘Engineering Expo’ will be held at the Chennai Trade Centre from 20th to 23rd November 2014. Over 150 SMEs from engineering and manufacturing sector will participate and display their products and services. This B2B Exhibition is focused on the SME sector and will serve as a business enabling platform for the latest technology and products in automation, engineering and manufacturing, across the country.
The expo will be inaugurated by Mr. R Ekambaram, Additional Director of Industries & Commerce, Government of Tamil Nadu, Mr. Armugam, Regional Head, National Small Industries Corporation, Mr. G. Edwin, SME Head – South Geography, Axis Bank and Mr. Sudhanva Jategaonkar, Associate Vice President, Network 18.
Started in 2002, the expo serves as a platform for SMEs to display their products as well as latest technologies that could help develop their business. Previously, the show generated business enquiries to the tune of Rs. 600 Cr across the country. This year it is expected to touch Rs. 800 Cr.
