Times Square – One of the most happening places on the planet, Times Square is located in New York City in Midtown Manhattan section. It is a major hub for shopping, entertainment and tourism. According to reports, more than 300,000 people visit the Times Square every day. The number is estimated to cross 450k on the busiest days. Times Square was earlier known as Longacre Square and it got its new name in 1904.
