A Fake Degree Racket Under Arrest in Gurgaon

Gurgaon,   a fake degree racket was catch hold on Wednesday and four people in Gurugram’s Sector 14 were arrested.

As per the police accused are identified as Anushka, Poonam. Naveen and Mohammad Mushtaq, while women were the mastermind of the racket, two other Naveen and Mushtaq was employee.

It is said that this racket issued in excess of 700 fake degrees, mark sheets and diplomas in last two years. Degrees were offered between Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 5 Lakh.

Police found some 150 blank certificates and degree, six fake rubber stamps and one laptop. On Thursday all accused were produced in court, women were released on bail while two other are sent on police remand for nine days.

The racket appeared in light when inspector Raj Kumar got a hint about the wrong happening in the institute.
