It was an idea by three Class X students – Chetanya Golechha, Mrigank Gujjar and Utsav Jain – and now it has received funding of Rs 3 crore from an Indore based investor. The three students come from Jaipur and study at Neerja Modi School. Their idea was to create a healthy drink that is natural and does not contain any sugar or preservatives. They did extensive research on Google and after many disappointments, they discovered a formula that actually works. After that, they applied for the license and got approvals from the food department and FSSAI. These had to be done by their parents since all three students are still of minor age.
The three students took part in entrepreneurship competitions at IIT-Kanpur and IIM-Indore, where their idea turned out to be huge hit. Their efforts got a major boost when Malviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) decided to incubate their idea. The institute also helped them in the patent application process, which is now in advanced stage. Their biggest turning point came when an investor from Indore invited them for a meeting. It was in this meeting that they were able to secure funding of Rs 3 crore. As per the agreement, they will look after marketing and research whereas the plant will be located in Indore.
