A day after the Delhi MCD election, discussions started in the Aam Aadmi Party. Around 300 observers, deployed in 270 wards for the MCD election, arrived at CM Arvind Kejriwal’s house to attend the meeting. AAP leader Ashutosh, Kumar Vishwas and several legislators were also present in this meeting. During the meeting at CM’s house, Ground Report of all observers was gathered. In the MCD election, 300 members of the National Council of Aam Aadmi Party were given the responsibility of observers who had come to take part in the elections, especially from the neighboring states besides Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal has asked all the observers in the meeting to be prepared for the election results that will be declared on April 26.
As per the report prepared by the observers, the rich people were missing from the polling booths. The observers said that most of the voters were common people. Even before the results are out, Rajendra Gautam said that if AAP loses, it will become clear that the EVMs are faulty. In the Aam Aadmi Party government, Minister Gopal Rai also questioned the EVMs after meeting CM Kejriwal. At the same time, ‘AAP’ spokesman Ashutosh said that on the 26th, after the results of the MCD election, the decision on the EVMs will be decided, as per future strategy.
