The troubles in the Aam Aadmi Party is not getting over very soon. After losing the national elections in Punjab and Goa, the party faced a humiliating defeat in the Delhi MCD elections and now senior legislator in AAP has accused Kumar Vishwas of plotting a coup to take over the party.
The AAP supremo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has ensured strict action against Amanatullah Khan if he is found guilty.
Today, the AAP’s Political Affairs Committee met to discuss the allegations levelled by Amanatullah Khan after which Amanatullah Khan resigned from the party.
Amanatullah Khan claimed that he is still standing by his allegations and has no regret of speaking the truth out loud.
He claimed that Kumar is doing all this on the behest of BJP. Kumar Vishwas wants to split the AAP, its movement and ideology.
Earlier, Khan alleged that Kumar has been meeting with other party ministers and lawmakers at his home in a takeover bid.
He also claimed that Kumar had planned to join the BJP and take number of AAP legislators with him.
However, Arvind Kejriwal claimed that Kumar Vishwas is like his brother and people are trying to break their brotherhood.
