A hotelier from New Zealand having an experience of 20 years in the business came back to India with a fantasy about having some tea with our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Mr. Jagdish Kumar, a supporter of Modi Ji, relinquished his green card and returned to India in December 2018 and went into the business of selling chai.

From the scratch of selling regular tea, he at that point began a brand named Chotu Chaiwalah serving 35 variations of teas. He had also given some eccentric names to his signature chai’s like-Mummy Ke Hath Wali Chai, Mardo Wali Chai, Corporate Wali Chai, and Dosto Wali Chai are what makes it a novel purpose of fascination. Mr. Jagdish has opened numerous food brands like Chotu Chaiwala, Chaat House, Unlimited 24,  Motulal Bhaturewala, and more under his organization named Corpbite since the year 2018. In conversation with him on his opinion on the impact of CoronaVirus on the hospitality industry he says, “Corona pandemic has absolutely gotten extraordinarily troublesome for everybody and keeping in mind that Lockdown is the only solution at present to control the spread. It has certainly affected the Hospitality sector massively as the customers are indoor and the restaurant staff has returned back to their hometown. Moreover, one can not overlook the upset supply chain and raw material value expansion setting in. We don’t know till when the circumstance will balance out however we hope the Government keeps us into thought and helps spare the Hospitality industry from slipping into a dim future.”

Being an admirer of our Prime Minister, he supports each and every decision taken by The PM to bring the COVID-19 pandemic to a stop. Not only has he contributed to the PM CARES, but he also goes out every day to provide meals to those in need. Jagdish also shares recipes of the teas that can help us boost our immunity. He calls them Anti-Corona Tea.

Jagdish is also a firm believer of Make in India and Start-Up India. He believes his story can encourage many youngsters who are looking for a push to start something of their own. 

He also wishes to meet our PM  one day over tea and partner with his startup to make adolescents mindful about the ‘Make In India’ battle and understand it’s latent capacity and guide them to grow a business under its idea.
