More than 25 homes were sold in 2017 with more on the way.

Although the homes are being built with affordability in mind, that doesn’t mean Heartland is skimping on construction. These homes are concrete block construction with impact-resistant windows and were specifically designed to withstand hurricane-force winds up to 160 MPH. These building standards, coupled with energy efficiencies, provide real savings on
homeowner’s insurance and utility bills.
The homes are being built on existing lots, so development costs are kept to a minimum and the savings are passed on to the homeowner. Since they aren’t being built using the typical “community” process, there aren’t any homeowner’s association fees to add to the cost.
