Air India as again cancelled Ravindra Gaikwad’s ticket. Mr Gaikwad has beaten 60 years Air India manager on 23 March.
Air India employees union said until politician seeks for an unconditional apology, he must be banned from flying. The union wants a written commitment from Mr Gaikwad, mentioning good public behaviour. Party Shiv Sena told that Mr Gaikwad did not book any ticket with Air India.
In view of getting ban removal from airlines, Mr Gaikwad said in a note he regrets on the ill-fated incident, and the letter was given to Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju.
Mr Gaikwad is blamed for beating with slipper 25 times to the Air India manager.
