Terror organization ISIS has claimed responsibility for the deadly attack last night at Ariana Grande’s Manchester Concert in UK. The information was posted on encrypted messaging platform Telegram by a group. It said that an explosive device was used to carry out the deadly blast at American pop singer Ariana Grande’s concert. An excerpt from the message reads, “One of the soldiers of the Caliphate was able to place an explosive device within a gathering of the Crusaders in the city of Manchester.” The deadly attack has resulted in the deaths of 22 people while severely injuring around 59 people. Most world leaders including British Prime Minister Theresa May and US President Donald Trump have strongly condemned and expressed deep shock over the incident.
UK Police arrests 23-year old man in connection with the blast
Meanwhile, UK police claimed today that it has made a breakthrough in the case by arresting a 23-year old man who is alleged to be involved in the deadly terror attack. However, the police have not revealed further details, as it may impact their ongoing investigations.
Witnesses describe that there was absolute mayhem at the concert after the blast, as hundreds of people, including many teenagers ran out in panic to save their lives.
