Top Indian Army officials are hoping that the government releases the video and photographs of the surgical operation to clear doubts and asking for proof both in the country and internationally.
A senior army official not authorized to talk to the media said, “The decision rests with our honourable Prime Minister. We are looking forward for the release of photographs and videos to the earliest so that people questioning the authenticity of the operation can take a seat back.”
Indian Army carried out a surgical operation in Pakisatan occupied Kashmir last week and destroyed several launch pads and training camps of militant outfits operating from the neighbouring Kasmir.
Since the surgical strike was carried out by India on September 29, Pakistan has been claiming that the Indian Army and the Indian Government have carried out no such operation in its land and it’s a propaganda of the Modi government to suppress its neighbours.
Pakistan also claims that on the date of the operation two of its soldiers were killed in a cross border firing. “India is claiming the cross border firing to be surgical operation.”
In the India many political parties came up forward backing Pakistan’s propaganda by demanding proof for of the operation carried out by the Indian para-troopers in Pakistan occupied Kashmir.
Law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad accussed Kejriwal of delivering a publicity coup to Pakistan.
In social media too the Aam Admi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has been branded as ‘anti-nationalist’ by several social media users.
Some social media users even moved ahead demanding Kejriwal’s Bengalru medical tour to be fake and demanded proof of his operation.
