Mere days after Apple acknowledged slowing down older versions of iPhones, the company has seen a deluge of lawsuits. The first law practice to file a class action lawsuit against the Smartphone giant was California-basedWilshire Law Firm; a proposed class action suit on behalf of USC law students Stefan Bogdanovich and Dakota Speas, claiming that this slowdown impeded use of their phones and caused economic damages.Since then, more than ten lawsuits have been filed by other law firms in North Carolina, New York, and Illinois against Apple. Internationally, lawsuits against Apple have been filed in Israel, Australia, and France.
