CHETTINAD CHICKEN MANCHURIAN

chickenINGREDIENTS:

  1. Bone less chicken pieces- 450 g
  2. Maida flour   -1 table spoon
  3. Pepper powder  – ½ table spoon
  4. Corn flour  -50g
  5. Egg -1
  6. Salt – as required
  7. Cooking oil – as required
  8. Onion- 30g
  9. Chilli powder- 1 ½ table spoon
  10. Capsicum-30g
  11. Garlic-20g
  12. Mint leaves- as required

DIRECTIONS:

Mix egg and all the flours given above and stir with water add required amount of salt. Next dip and soak small cut boneless chicken pieces in that mixture and leave it for 15 minutes. Meanwhile heat the cooking oil in a utensil, fry onion, garlic and capsicum pieces. Pour soya Chas, vinegar, chilli powder and salt to it. Now take the soaked chicken pieces and fry it to get golden brown, finally mix the fried chicken pieces and fried vegetable gravy. Sprinkle mint leaves and pepper power. That’s it! Get ready for new taste of chettinad chicken Manchurian.
