Chill your summer with Snow Ball Lake!!


  •  Milk bread – 3 slices
  •   Milk – 1 lit
  • Sugar – 100 gm
  • Almonds – 5-6
  • Cashew nuts – 5-6
  •   Dates – 3
  •  Pistachio – 4-5
  •  Raisin – 6-7
  • Cardamom – 2
  • Condensed milk – half tin
  • Ghee – 1 spoon


To prepare the snow balls:

Cut all the dry fruits into small pieces and shallow fry them, except dates, in one spoon of ghee. Keep them aside. Cut the edges of the bread. Take a cup of milk and add one spoon of sugar into it. Dip the bread in milk and drain off the excess milk. Put the dry fruit mixture on the bread and roll the bread into a ball. Repeat the process with the rest of the bread. Refrigerate these balls, until cold.

To prepare the base:

Heat 1 litre of milk, till it is reduced to half of its original quantity. Add sugar to stir and stir well. Add cardamom. At the end add condensed milk and off the stove. Let the mixture get chilled.

Just before serving, put the balls in the mixture and serve chilled.
