Delhi recorded the coldest day of March month in the last decade on yesterday.
The Met Department reported that the minimum temperature was recorded as 9.1 degrees celsius, seven notches below the season’s average. The maximum temperature was recorded as 26.6 degrees Celsius, three notches below the normal.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 26.6 degrees Celsius, making it the coldest day in the month of March witnessed since 2007.
The humidity level oscillated between 95 and 30 per cent. For today as well, the Met department predicted overcast conditions.
The MeT official said that the maximum temperature should settle at 28 degree celsius and minimum temperature must settle at 10 degrees Celsius.
Yesterday, maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 24.2 and 9.4 degrees Celsius respectively.
