Esha Gupta’s new fitness regime is truly inspiring!

Esha Gupta is a fitness freak and one of the fittest actresses of Bollywood.

The talented actress, who is known for her sharp features and svelte figure, is quite impressed with her Pilates trainer, Sameer Purohit, who’s also the fitness trainer of Varun Dhawan.

It’s learnt that Esha has been following the new workout plan since almost a year now and she’s overwhelmed to see the best results as she feels that it has made her flexible and fitter than ever before.

Esha has taken up Pilates and weight training, as well as dance classes to maintain a toned body for her next. She is learning dance from choreographer Raka, who has worked with Salman Khan in the past.

Esha says, “Pilates is like doing intense yoga. It involves immense usage of the core. I do weights to build muscles, while dancing keeps my body toned, as it makes for a great cardio workout.”

“Whenever I get some time, I try and fit in all the exercises. So I always carry my ankle weights, yoga mat and dumbbells with me. I’m on a gluten-free vegetarian diet. I don’t drink or smoke. Occasionally, I enjoy a glass of red wine, but I have not had one for the last eight months now,” she adds.
