The Government of India allows 100 percent FDI IN single-brand retail. However, there are international brands which are tying up with leading e-tailers like Jabong, Myntra, amazon etc. to enter the country. Tying up with these e-tailers used to be exclusive in nature, but by tying up with eShopbox these fashion brands will be present in all online marketplaces and will be able to create their own mono brand stores. eShopbox would be managing the end to end eCommerce business for them. This would help to avoid hassles in terms of government norms as well as understanding of the local market.
