A Chinese site Vtech has revealed that Nokia 3310 will still be a feature phone. Initially it was expected that HMD Global may turn the feature phone into a smartphone and may run on Android operating system.
It was also revealed that the feature phone will continue to have the similar classic design however the fuselage may become slim and lightweight.
HMD Global will try to adjust the key size however the physical key position will be same as it was.
The firm is also planning to launch the phone in a multi-color fuselage style which will have red, yellow and green colors.
New Nokia 3310 screen may become larger and upgraded to color version.
A comeback by the classic Nokia 3310 handset is rumoured for the upcoming Mobile World Congress, being held in Barcelona from 27 February to 2 March, 2017.
