Software Technology Parks of India will launch 1000 seats BPO center in Patna tomorrow. The BPO is expected to give way to some 1500 vacancies in BPO segment.
Software Technology Parks of India is operating under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. It has ideas to introduce 48,000 such seats in the India. It also aims to create 72,450 job opportunity in the BPO segment.
Software Technology Parks of India is planning to set up the BPO center in tier-II and III metropolises under India BPO Promotion Scheme.
Such large scale BPO set up is first time happening in Bihar state. The BPO will be operating in Bihar’s capital, Patna.
IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad will launch the 1000 seats BPO center at TCS tomorrow. It is planned to set up some 4600 seat BPO centers.
