Five way pancakes.. made in 5 minutes

Pancakes are gradually becoming a rage among the youngsters and is actually a perfect option for breakfast. If you are an office-goer and is struggling with easy yet tasty breakfast options, then this will truly save your entire week, with just a change in some of the ingredients.

Below is the recipe:

  1. Basic pancake: 
    – Mix together 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 cup milf, sugar to taste, honey 2 spoons, a pinch of salt, and half teaspoon baking powder
    – Cook in a non-stick pan with some butter.
  2. Chocolate pancake:
    – In the basic pancake batter, just add 1/4th cup choco chips, and cook it the same way
  3. Strawberry pancake:
    – In the basic pancake batter, just add half cup chopped strawberry and 3-4 spoons of strawberry syrup, and cook it the same way
  4. Mango pancake:
    – In the basic pancake batter, just add half cup of mag puree, and cook it the same way
  5. Blueberry pancake:
    – In the basic pancake batter, just add 1/4th cup of caramalised blueberries, and cook it the same way
