This app will not only help people book appointment across Fortis Hospitals, Bengaluru but also help them in giving their valuable feedbacks instantaneously.
The new app available for download for free from Android (Google play) and Apple (istore) aims to capture feedback real time to address patients concerns and issues during their visit/stay in the hospital. In addition, the appointment system has been made user friendly, avoiding them the trouble of calling up the hospital each time for an appointment. The app is a first effort and the latest innovation in patient care services.
