Government approved projects worth Rs 4,239 crore for enlightening city infrastructure throughout next three years in Uttar Pradesh under AMRUT scheme.
After the Rs. 4239 crore approvals, now the total spending in the state will touch to Rs 11,421 crore which is the uppermost among all states under AMRUT scheme.
AMRUT is Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation scheme which has goals to deliver drinking water, drainage networks, sewerage and others services in the particular 500 metropolises in the country. After BJP’s major win in UP, this is a great way to express thanks to UP state.
Under the same scheme government approved Rs. 703 crore for Telangan as well for next three years.
