1 tablespoon – baking powder

1 1/4 cup – almond milk, unsweetened
2 tablespoon – coconut oil
1 teaspoon – vanilla extract
- Mix flours, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. Then, whisk almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla in another bowl.
- Pour all ingredients and stir until barely combined and flour should not remain. There will be lumps. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat it in medium flame. Pour batter by the 1/4 cup and cook for 2-3 minutes. Let the edge appear dry.
