Here’s why Women Should Boost Their Health

Everyone deserves to be healthy and happy, but below are certain points which elaborate why women are more prone to problematic situations and why they should be healthily dealing with them.

Stress Management:

Women are busier than a man if you actually calculate women work more than a men in a day/year however you calculate. It doesn’t matter what stage of once life either daughter, mother, grandmother a women always go through a lot of stress and pressure in her life. A women should take out little time every day just to relax and get themselves again back to track.

Risk Management:

Women should always stay away from cigarettes and men should also be careful when they are smoking especially when they found any one pregnant. But it is also proven that women can also take a glass of alcohol every day if she want. {(12 to 14 grams of alcohol, which is equal to 12 ounces of beer (4.5 percent alcohol); 5 ounces of wine (12.9 percent alcohol); or 1.5 ounces of spirits (hard liquor such as gin or whiskey, 80-proof)}

Exercise:

Not only women but a little physical workout is beneficial for every ones life. Once should atleast workout 30 minutes a day either its swimming, dancing, gyming, bicycling or as simple as walking every day. A small workout improves your heartbeats every day.
