Double chins are a sign of ageing or gaining weight, and are usually the most unwanted part of anybody’s face. But with us getting more into to our professional lives, we tend to ignore the importance of physical movement. Sitting in the same position for hours and not moving much, can also lead to such disorders.
Below is a simple to do exercise, which can help combat double chin. You can also do this while you are working in office, taking short breaks after every two hours.
⦁ Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling
⦁ Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin
⦁ Hold the jaw jut for a 10 count
⦁ Relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position
⦁ Repeat this 10 times.
