How to fuel your body effectively?

A new year definitely calls for getting healthier! Are you finally planning to make the impending visit to the gym? It’s a very smart choice but it ain’t enough. Staying healthy is not just about sweating it out at the gym or anywhere else that you work out. It’s much more than that and beyond. More than external fitness, it is more than what happens internally. In simple terms, just like an automobile requires fuel to run, similarly, your body also requires fuel for energy.
