A new company DXC Technology was born yesterday when Hewlett Packard Enterprise Division got merged with Computer Science Corporation(CSC) when the later bought out the stakes. The new entity now commands a market capitalisation of USD 19.3 Billion.
The valuation however by the Forbes Group stands at USD22.6 Billion. This is one of the biggest mergers in the recent days in the Technology Industry.
DXC will now be headed by Mike Lawrie, the former chairman, president and CEO of CSC.
