For the first 8+ years of its existence, ALC remained a 100% corporate concierge company focusing on driving value to the end-user through its wide range of services. In 2013, ALC extended their services from “Work Place” to “Home” by introducing Home Seva, the Concierge Model for Individuals. The HNI Concierge Members with discerning tastes and sophisticated requests opened up a new market segment as well as formed the platform for ALC to launch value added services in the lifestyle segment as well as soft services in the Facility Management (FM) arena.
The Real Estate industry also picked up the trend of offering Concierge Services to the buyers of the ultra-luxury residential flats and complexes. ALC was perfectly poised to capitalize on this demand and provide bespoke services to the developers and their tenants.

Currently operating in Mumbai, Pune & Delhi, ALC has 3 business models:
(1) Corporate Model: Providing services to corporations and their employees with onsite representation
(2) Retail Model: The entire range of services is provided to Individual members at their doorstep – anyone can sign on and become a member for a monthly, half-yearly or an annual fee.
(3) Residential Model: Services are offered at residential facilities through an onsite representative. The residential facility procures services and ALC provides all the residents with the full range of concierge services.
An Efficient Resource Centre along with strong alliances with Vendors & Partners developed over the years facilitates the high array of offers and benefits in terms of discounts, value additions and loyalty programs for its members.
