International court holds Pakistan’s verdict on Kulbhushan Jadhav

The International Court of Justice has stopped the death verdict given to Kulbhushan Jadhav by a Pakistan military court.

International court verdict was in place once India introduced actions against Pakistan at the court and accused Islamabad of violating Vienna Agreement on Consular Affairs in the custody and experimental of Kulbhushan Jadhav.

Sushma Swaraj tweeted that she has articulated about the verdict to Kulbhushan Jadhav’s mother.

Also, she informed on twitter that Mr.Harish Salve, Senior Advocate is on behalf of India before International Court in Kulbhushan Jadhav case.

Kulbhushan Jadhav’s mother had previously done apply for a visa to go to Pakistan and plea against her son’s death verdict, however, Islamabad has not yet replied to the plea said Sushma Swaraj yesterday via tweeter.

Before this Indian has merely approached the international court for any issue associated with Pakistan, seeing that Pakistan can come up with other two-sided issues.

Who is Kulbhushan Jadhav?

Kulbhushan Jadhav is an Indian domestic and he was detained in Balochistan, Pakistan against the charges of eavesdropping for India’s intelligence organization and terrorism.
