{Interview} Rachit Sharma, Best blogger of India

dsc_0418Q. When was the first time you thought of choosing blogging as a career?

It was September 2013 while I was working with a BPO that I realized I need to do something else which will be beneficial for my future. I used to write diary during my school days penning down thoughts about the entire day. That gave me a hint of starting off with something to write online. Hence it was the birth of my blog and I started writing on business development! Yes that was my first blog.

Q. What are your plans for your own line?

I have gained tremendous experience in content writing and marketing. So I plan to start off with my own branding and advertising agency within a couple of months

Q. If you are granted a wish of waking up one day to be someone of your choice, who would that be? & Why?

Probably Tony Stark!! Powerful, flamboyant, rich, ambitious, impeccable leadership skills – these qualities is what I possess as well (to some extent)

Q. What is your favourite way to pass time?

Movies and songs. They help me relax from a stressful day or week.

Q. What is the first thing in the morning that you do after you wake up?

Check my twitter because for me this platform has been a great help. I keep a regular tab on it just to know how much or how well am I doing from the social media front.

Q. Whom do you see as your role model?

My dad. He has been a great source of inspiration ever since my childhood. Patience is something what I have learnt or inherited from him. And In our line of work patience is the key

Q. What is your idea of a relaxing day, spending time at home or hanging out with your friends?

Spending time at home with hot cup of tea and something light to gorge on.

Q. What was the biggest risk that you ever took?

Professionally – Moving from Customer Service background to Sales and Marketing. The risk was worth it.

Personally – Climbing out of my college boundary to explore the nearby forest and making sure that we don’t get caught by college guards and obviously get eaten by wild animals

Q. What is your mantra in life?

Just smile and wave to the problems that you face. Life with problems or challenges is worthless. Life is exciting and beautiful so just smile and wave and enjoy.

o   Street/junk food or five star hotels? Street Food

o   Family becomes friend-like or friends become family-like? friends become family-like

o   Exploring the interiors of India or visiting the wonders of the world abroad? Wonders of world abroad

o   Saaree or LBD (little black dress)? Umm not applicable to me but I prefer black shirt

o   Bollywood movies/songs or Hollywood movies/songs? Depends upon my mood but generally Hollywood movies/songs
