Kareena’s weight loss secret revealed!

We have seen how Kareena has been shedding the extra kilos post the birth of her son Taimur. She has always been an inspiration to the youth and her dedication towards her work is commendable. As we all know that Kareena is soon going to start with the shoot of her upcoming film ‘Veere Di Wedding’, she is making the effort mostly for this.

A source told HT Cafe, “After 40 days of her delivery, she started doing light exercises, including yoga. Now, since last fortnight, she has begun doing proper workouts and has included Pilates in her routine. She has also been following dietician Rujuta Diwekar’s diet. This has resulted in Kareena losing 12 kg since she began working out. She is aiming to lose more weight in the next month and get into shape to shoot for Veere Di Wedding in May.”

The actress said, “My aim is not just to lose the weight I have put on. I don’t want to do it overnight. It may take long, but I want to feel light, happy and energetic throughout the process. And that is important.”
