Kejriwal denies Kapil Mishra’s claims, sees fresh suit of Rs. 10 Crore

Yesterday in Party’s meeting, Chief Minister said that he would have been behind the bars if he was corrupt. For past many days, sacked Minster Kapil Mishra has blamed Delhi CM for the charges like corruption, money laundering, and others. Now the CM has broken his silence over Mishra’s allegations.

According to the Kapil Mishra, Arvind Kejriwal took Rs. 2 crores from shell companies in the name of donation to the party.  CM said that the allegations made against him are untrue and groundless.

The allegation of Rs. 2 crore is also baseless as it has no ground, CM Arvind Kejriwal added.

In another case against CM Arvind Kejriwal, Mr. Arun Jaitely had raised the case against Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi High Court as Delhi CM called Mr. Jaitely a crook. The new suit Rs 10 crore against the Delhi Chief Minister was filed over an offensive term used in the court by Arvind Kejriwal’s lawyer Ram Jethmalani past week against Arun Jaitley.

According to the Jaitley’s lawyer, they have filed a new Rs 10 crore suit against Delhi CM. Already the case is running against Delhi CM in which Arun Jaitely has filed case citing that Kejriwal defamed him and sued for Rs. 10 Crores.
