Kerala govt declares Rs 2 lakh respite for families of those who deceased in lines during demonetization

On Wednesday Kerala government declared to offer Rs 2 lakh reimbursement each to the next of families of four persons who died in lines in anterior of banks and ATMs after demonetization was announced.

Last year central government nullified the high-value Rs 500 and Rs 1000 money notes in the country. In the cabinet meeting, the choice was made and the meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.  

C Chandrasekharan, Karthikeyan, P P Pareed and K K Unni were those who died standing in lines during demonetization.

According to the studies about 100 people met to death across the country that was standing in the lines in front of banks to give-and-take old notes. Early to this UP government had also proclaimed Rs. 2 Lakh recompense in December 2016 for persons who died upended in lines in front of ATMs and at banks.
