NewsPatrolling – RJD supremo Lalu Prasad asked the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to reply in ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to the allegations made by Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi during a dharna at Gardanibag in Patna.
Gandhi during his rallies in UP has been alleging that Modi has received Rs40 crore from the Sahara group.
The RJD supremo said that the congress president has given details the alleged payments from Sahara to Modi. Gandhi also categorically claimed that when the IT department raided Sahara’s residence and offices in 2014, they recovered documents showing payments made to Modi between the months of October 2013 and February 2014.
Yadav asked the PM, “Why are you silent on such serious allegations.”
RJD has organized the dharna on the completion of 50 days time set by the PM to end people’s discomfort caused due to demonetization.
“The program is of RJD. RJD is party of poor including farmers and laborers,” said Yadav.
Yadav also added that the BJP would have to face a humiliating defeat in forthcoming Uttar Pradesh.
