Indian Prime Minister during the 23rd edition of Mann Ki Baat on Sunday said, “Loss of any life in Kashmir is India’s loss”.
Modi referring to groups or people allegedly involved in inciting Kashmir unrest said, “Those pushing youths towards stone-pelting in Kashmir will have to answer them”
The comments came in reply to Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s nomination of 22 of Pakitani parliamentarians as special envoy to raise Kashmir issue in international platforms.
The Indian Prime Minister took the platform to appreciate all political parties on the Kashmir issue. He said, “All political parties spoke in one voice on Kashmir issue. This has send a strong message to the world on our stand.”
The state has been in unrest for almost last two months after Indian security agencies gunned down poster boy and wanted Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani after a fierce gun-battle.
Since Wani’s death the state is in unrest and normal life has been paralyzed in the valley as 51 days of curfew entered on Sunday. Though, officials had relaxed curfew in several parts of Srinagar and other Kashmir districts.
