Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai who said famously in December 2016 after attending the interview in The Oxford University mentioning “the hardest interview of my life” who further added “I just get scared when I think of the interview”, is finally going to Oxford.
Malala tweeted from her verified twitter profile confirming the admission to the prestigious university “So excited to go to Oxford!! Well done to all A-level students – the hardest year. Best wishes for life ahead!”
While she would be studying Economics along with Politics,she managed to score “A” Grade in math, history, religious studies and geography. She has to shell out USD15,000 as tuition fees for the year 2017 since she will come under the “Overseas Student” category. According to the website of the University, the students of UK and EU can avail loans for the entire amount and need not have to pay anything upfront.
Yousafzai became famous after she was shot by Taliban but that did not deter her in supporting the Girl’s education in terror hit Pakistan and is planning to return back to Pakistan after her studies and enter politics or may go for further studies in the United States. Her autobiography was also released which was an instant hit as well.
