National Association of Software and Services Companies is a nonprofit organization, it is well known as Nasscom. On Thursday, Nasscom told that more than 35 % IT specialists need to go for re-skilling in coming five years. They need to upgrade their abilities in the direction to remain parallel in the rapid altering industry.
R Chandrashekhar who leads Nasscom as the president said that the organization tried to calm doubts of job losses in the large scale.
Advancement of skillset is a necessity to safeguard against job losses. The requirement of continued re-skilling is today’s demand else one should be ready to lose the job, he added.
Nasscom’s Chairman Mr. Raman Roy told that re-skilling should be booked upon enormous scale.
The organization, Nasscom also stated that Indian IT trade will keep having new jobs in the sector in impending years at the good number.
He also added that with new technologies in the industry, one should really be up to date and this is the way to remain shelled.
Tech Mahindra’s CEO approving the reskilling as the need of the hour, he said that reskill at a larger scale with the fastest speed should be accelerated.
