Newgen releases eGov Suite 11.0 with Enhanced capabilities for Digital Document Management

Newgen Software Technologies Limited, a leading global provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Customer Communication Management (CCM), and Case Management (CM) solutions, has announced the release of its latest version of eGov Suite 11.0 that comes with new features and enhancements which will significantly increase the efficiency of an organization’s existing digital document management systems and processes.

eGov suite 11.0 enables integration with OpAll Viewer and provides the functionality of viewing documents in various industry standard formats in different view modes. It allows viewing and editing of plain as well as annotated images in file formats, viz. TIFF, BMP, GIF, JPEG and HTML documents. Image operations such as Print, Zoom, Rotate, Negate, Flip etc. can be done and stamps can be applied. OpAll Viewer ensures superior image quality and flicker-free panning and dragging, independent of the viewing mode and state.

The eGov Suite 11.0 is built on Newgen’s flagship products OmniFlow and OmniDocs. Various security enhancements have also been done in this release. Forwarding correspondence to multiple users and Full text search feature on File enclosures will provide additional benefits to customers.

The new version release is in line with Newgen’s customer-centric approach that aims to provide latest technology upgrades to users for better befitting with their requirements.
