It’s been 6 days since the BJP government took control in the state of Uttar Pradesh, but still there has not been a single cabinet meeting. However, UP CM Yogi Adityanath seems to be working in action mode, as he has taken several key decisions in a short span of time. CM Yogi has ordered the crackdown on illegal slaughtering, banned guthkha and pan masala in government offices, launched the anti-romeo police squads in various cities, and ordered officers and government workers to come to office on time. This is a different style of functioning, but it seems to be yielding the right results.
However, not everything is going well, as can be seen from the fact that the state government has still not been able to prepare and publish Yogi Adityanath’s profile on the state government’s official website. There’s a photo of Yogi on the website, but the description is missing from the profile. UP governor Ram Naik’s profile is also given on the state government’s website and it is working properly. The problem seems to be only with CM Yogi’s profile. It appears that officials are taking too much time in preparing the profile of UP CM.
