Indian flag was reportedly torn and thrown in a bin by a Chinese citizen working at a office of mobile phone company in sector – 63 , Noida was booked after allegedly insulting the symbol of India.
An FIR under section 2 of the Prevention of Insults to National Hon our Act , 1971 has been filed against the Chinese citizen named Suhahu,
He works at oppo office in Noida as a production Manager. The complaint was filed against him by the Indian employees of the company stated Gaurav Grover , Circle Officer.
On Tuesday around 7 am , hundreds of employees of mobile company named Oppo accumulated at the office , waving the India National Flag and shouting slogans. Later on members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad joined the employees and demanded firm action against Suhahu.
As per the employees – on the celebration of Republic Day 26th January few Indian Flags were put up in different parts of the office.The employees of the company also claimed that the CCTV footage probably show the accused tearing the India Flag. This is yet to be confirmed by Police investigation.
The fault finders reported that Suhahu had torn the Indian Flag on Monday evening between 3 – 4 pm and thrown it in a dustbin.
However ,the evidence has not been received yet. If this gets clear in the investigation , firm action will be taken stated Grover.
