Outgoing U.N Pece Keeping Chief lauds Indian Troops



Mr Herve Lasous, the outgoing U.N. Peace Keeping Chief has lauded India and other Asian Countries for contributing the troops who are well trained and behaved to the World body’s Peacekeeping missions. He also lauded the numbers being provided which is done in rotation between India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. While there are few cases against disciplinary nature, the chief pointed that overall the mission keeping force is well behaved and instrumental in maintaining the peace.

Mr Herve Ladsous will be succeeded by another French Diplomat Mr Jean-Pierre Lacroix.
