Recipe: Chickpea falafel

Falafel is a deep-fried ball or patty made from ground chickpeas, fava beans, or both. It is a traditional Egyptian and middle easter food. And if you it to be too fancy to make at home, then the below quick and easy recipe is a surprise for you.

Read the below instructions to prepare chickpeas falafel:

1. Soak the chickpeas over night

2. Then take them in a blender with chopped onions, garlic, coriander powder, cumins, pepper powder and parsley. Prepare a coarse mixture without adding water. Add a bit of plain flour so that it binds well while frying

3. Make equal sized balls and refrigerate for 2-3 hours

4. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve these with tahini sauce, or any of your other favorite dip
