The problems of Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur seems to be over as she was acquitted by the Dewas court today along with seven other accused in connection with former Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) member Sunil Joshi murder case.
Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and others were farmed under Section 120 (B) (criminal conspiracy) and other relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) by second Additional Sessions Judge Rajendra Kumar Verma in 2015.
At that time, the court also accused Harshad Solanki, Lokesh Sharma, Rajendra Chaudhary, Ram Chandra Patel and Jitendra Sharma under the same sanction of IPC.
Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur was recently given a clean chit by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in 2008 Malegaon bomb blasts case. She is currently imprisoned at Bhopal Central Jail.
Currently Sadhvi Pragya is undergoing treatment in Pandit Khushilal Ayurveda Hospital. Earlier, Sadhvi Pragya was given a clean chit by the NIA in the 2008 Malegaon bomb blasts case.
