Yesterday, SBI claimed that mischievous intent can be the reason behind putting such fake notes in the ATM. It also said that the possibility of fake notes from the bank’s ATMs is very remote.
The notes ‘PK’ written on them in place of the RBI stamp and the top left corner had ‘Bharatiya Manoranjan Bank’ written instead of Reserve Bank of India.
Yesterday, a call center employee registered a complaint at the Sangam Vihar Police Station in Delhi claiming fake note dispense by the ATM.
