Shivpal Singh to campaign for all candidates who have been denied tickets, to form new party after elections

Shivpal Singh Yadav, former cabinet minister of UP, former Chief of the UP SP has said that he will be campaigning for all candidates who were denied tickets by the Akhilesh Yadav led SP. He is planning to form a new political party after the elections.

Mr Shivpal Yadav would be contesting from Jaswantnagar and had previously won from the constituency with a margin of 1.3 lakh votes. He also said that he and his elder brother and party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav were treated very shabbily by Akhilesh Yadav. He said it was unfortunate that people who were groomed by them were humiliating them and trying to throw them out of the party. He said that he would stay with his brother till the last moment and would be loyal to him his entire life.

He also did not agree with the alliance that the SP made with the Congress. He and Mulayam Singh Yadav had announced that they won’t campaign for the Congress.
