Special CBI court judge Bharat Prashar has asked the CBI to file charges against Ranchi based Domco Pvt Ltd, its directors and two other persons in relation to the coal block allocation scam. Justice Prashar said that prima facie there seems to enough evidence to frame charges against the company, its directors and the other 2 accused for offences committed under the IndianPenal code.
The Special CBI court discharged Mr. Shukdeo Prasad from the case as it believed it did not have enough evidence to believe that he was involved in cheating and criminal conspiracy as per the Indian Penal Code. The charges would be framed on the 13th of February, 2017. The charges of cheating and criminal conspiracy were brought against the company and its directors as it is said to have given incorrect details to the Central Government.
