Indian Railways have already witnessed derailment on regular basis and at many places and also suffering from poor infrastructure due to which it was seen huge drop in passengers making short journeys due to the same reason. Since then railway has been working really very hard to improve poor infrastructure or taking steps to stop derailment this is the reason behind providing special trains on festive seasons to improve the financial position of the public transport i.e. railways and the bonus payment to the employees of railway may result in motivating railway employees to improve the condition of the Indian Railways.Providing various special trains during the festive seasons is helpful for many passengers they can board the train and purchase a ticket without any rush and the tickets can be booked online and from station ticket counter too.
