Niharishorbaserved with Shirmal:
Nihari which also means ‘morning’ in Urdu is a popular Hyderabadidishsavoured for breakfast. The delectable taste comes from cooking the dish for a duration of 6 to 7 hours to infuse the potli masala into the broth.
