Niharishorbaserved with Shirmal:

Nihari which also means ‘morning’ in Urdu is a popular Hyderabadidishsavoured for breakfast. The delectable taste comes from cooking the dish for a duration of 6 to 7 hours to infuse the potli masala into the broth. High on nutrition, the NihariShorba is also a favourite during the rainy and winter season.

Dum ka MurghChaap:

The Dum kamurghchaap finds its roots in the dumpukht cuisine from Lucknow. Chef Dipakadds a twist to this traditional dish by adding a secret mix of spices which he has improvised over the years

Paneer Pesto Malai Tikka:

Paneer, a vegetarian’s favourite gets an interesting twist of flavours in the Paneer Pesto Malai Tikka. The spices are carefully blended with pesto and given a creamy coating, allowing a fresh flavor of basil to burst inyour mouth as you bite into the tikka.
