A Bharat Petroleum petrol pump which is on Tej Pratap Yadav name has been allotted illegally to him. He has wrongfully managed to acquire a licence for petrol pump in the state. We have referred this issue for arbitration and further enquiry is on. From today onwards that (Bharat Petroleum) petrol pump will not belong to Tej Pratap Yadav any more
Earlier in the week, Tej Pratap Yadav’s petrol pump licence was terminated after a Patna court vacated the interim stay on execution of a Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) order.
Media reports say that, Tej Pratap challenged the oil firm order in the court, which granted an ex parte temporary injunction, restraining the BPCL from causing obstruction to the plaintiff till he appears and files his say to application for temporary injunction.
On May 3, the BPCL had issued a notice to Tej Pratap, seeking an explanation on the petrol pump licence and asked him to reply within 15 days.
Tej Pratap had applied for the licence in 2012 and the retail outlet was commissioned to Lara Automobiles, represented by him as its proprietor, on February 27 this year.
